Love, etc. : US Grant Wedding Showcase 2012

We had such a great time creating our table design for the 2012 US Grant wedding showcase; Love, etc.  We also separately collaborated on the floral for the table of Couture Events and the W hotel.  We’ll discuss all three tables, but lets start with ours!

With so many different looks and styles we adore, we finally decided to stick with…wait for it…BLUSH!  We created an ultra glamorous table with a chic color scheme of charcoal, silver, white, ivory and blush tones.  What could be more inspiring for our table than our GORGEOUSLY FABULOUS crystal candelabras.  It is always very important for us to create centerpieces that do not obstruct guest conversations, therefore we normally create low or very tall centerpieces.  In order to really stand out and create some serious drama, we chose to do BOTH.  We created a table runner of hand painted silver grapewood branches intertwined with the bases of the candelabras and covered in a lush floral runner of delicate ivory hydrangea, white ranunculus, blush roses, and silver pod accents, all placed atop a mirrored runner, amplifying the candlelight.  Our candelabras were topped with lush ivory and blush arrangements of hydrangea, roses, spray roses, and exotic white phalaenopsis orchid stems.  All of it was captured so flawlessly by the FABULOUS Desiree Rohlfs Photography.

To create a backdrop of sorts, we placed a silver manzanita branch atop a white pedestal to romantically drip Swarovski crystal strands above the table.

We absolutely LOVE Krystel Tien, owner of Couture Events and were so honored when she asked us to collaborate with her on the florals for her beautiful table.  She chose a beautiful soft pink, orange and yellow color scheme and wanted show-stopping glamour.  the fantastic white table was provided by Concepts Event Design and we provided our gold candelabra, dripping with Swarovski crystal accents, two of our crystal candelabras, our gold urn vases and an ornate, detailed floral table runner.

Centerpieces included hydrangea, stock, french tulips, spray roses, roses and peonies- to name a few.  Peonies were placed on each plate.  Details were beautifully captured by the very talented Bryan Miller of Bryan Miller Photography.

We collaborated with the fantastic Liz Beck of Liz Beck Events to create this unique, ombre floral table runner in shades of orange to fuschia.  The beautiful photo was taken by Gene Higa Photography & Mandala Weddings Photography

Erin & Jason : organic vintage romance

A dreamy color palette of ivory, champagne, blush, sandy blue, and vintage grey with succulent pops created this superbly soft affair.

Delicate boutonniere of organic scabiosa pod, brazilia accents and ivory spray roses finished in a light grey satin ribbon with twine accent.

Gorgeously unique ceremony of rustic lanterns with ivory rose petals and metal pedestals holding sandblasted grapewood adorned with floral.

Beautifully simple reception was created using both round and rectangular tables, with 3 different types of centerpieces.  Below our footed cylinder vases are wrapped with burlap and stuffed with ivory and blush florals.

Mercury glass footed candle holders are grouped in the center of the guest table, creating glowing, romantic ambiance.  Rustic lanterns were moved from the aisles to sit at the guest tables.

Check out this wedding on the Style Me Pretty website!!!  We were so excited to have it featured!

Details, details, details!  This wedding truly is romance defined, with so many gorgeously intricate details it is almost hard to imagine it was all created in a day!  The sophisticated Santa Luz Country club tent housed the over-the-top affair, with the amazingly talented team at Studio Castillero capturing each romantic aspect.

The traditional, tightly textured and fragrant bridal bouquet was made from garden roses, vendela roses, spray roses, gardenias and other like flowers finished in an organic burlap wrapping with a delicate silk lace overlay and pearl accents.

The beautiful wildflower linens were topped with matching tall and short centerpieces in soft ivory, blush and green tones.

The head table was topped with beautiful long wood boxes filled with lush florals to match centerpieces.

A single reflexed quicksand rose was placed at each place setting.

Organic and traditional round topiaries in large black urn vases marked the entrance to this elegant ceremony with a delicate scatter of ivory petals leading to the dramatic bloom-filled archway.

Beautiful dessert table was centered with a deliciously beautiful cake by Michele Coulon.
