We had the great honor of designing the floral decor for the exquisite holiday party/anniversary of one of San Diego’s most sought after wedding coordinators, Thomas Bui, of Thomas Bui Lifestyle. The intimate and chic New York inspired event took place at the gorgeous Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. The florals consisted of clean, modern deep purple calla lilies arranged at a sweeping side angle inside of elegantly shaped cylinder vases paired with numerous of our ever-popular tall footed mercury glass candle holders and votives.
Gorgeous deep green linens and lounge furniture were provided by Concepts Event Design and all of the details were perfectly captured through the photography of the talented Braja Mandala and Gene Higa.

What could be sweeter than a cupcake themed wedding? We were so excited to design Shirah & Jeff’s delicious wedding at L’Auberge Del Mar! The ceremony was absolutely breathtaking, with our gorgeous ivory chuppah covered only at the sides (we would never want to cover up that gorgeous ocean view)! Lush ivory hydrangea covered the entire top of the romantic chuppah finished with our breathtaking, Schonbek crystal chandelier and crystal accents draped at the front.
The bride carried a fragrant gardenia-studded ivory bridal bouquet. Her bridesmaids carried ivory bouquets with deep purple calla lily accents to match their fantastic floor length gowns.
Delectable carrot cupcakes (the bride’s favorite) were placed atop a crystal-studded ivory stand within an absolutely fabulous ivory and soft blush floral arrangement. A delicate lace-wrapped vase held this masterpiece of beautiful florals and delicious cupcakes together.
We were asked to do the floral decor for San Diego Magazine’s “Best of 2010” event together with the fabulously talented, Krystel Tien, of Couture Events. The wedding section was designed in a soft and vintage ivory, pastel pink, and champagne color scheme. Our tall and delicate floral arrangement was placed inside of an ivory canopy with a champagne textured linen.
The arrangement consisted of soft ivory hydrangea, four different rose varieties, ivory cymbidium orchids, and white stock with crystal accents dripping from the florals that sat atop an antique gold stand.
Gorgeous, shabby chic furniture and linens were generously provided by Concepts Event Design. We were also asked by the extremely talented photographer, Aaron Feldman of True Photography, to create a floral arrangement for his booth. We created a stuffed sandblasted grapewood centerpiece to include a variety of flowers mixed with organic succulents placed atop a cylinder vase paved with delicate ivory button mums. We were so pleased with the unique way the event turned out!

We are so excited to show off the unique and amazingly romantic wedding of Gina and Deep that took place at the beautiful Santa Luz Club in Rancho Santa Fe. The love between this couple was so obviously apparent to all who attended the 200 person event.
The organic, manzanita theme carried through from the ceremony to the reception and the bride chose romantic ivory and blush tones paired with apple green accents. Delicate ivory hydrangea was combined with clean and modern white and green cymbidium orchid blooms.
The reception centerpieces matched those of the ceremony but included delicate, romantic hanging candle accents.
The fabulous event was captured by the talented Flavio Scorsato of Scorsato Photography and was coordinated flawlessly by Wynn Austin of Le Chic Wedding Consulting. The lovely linens were provided by Concepts Event Design.
The anthropologie-inspired wedding has definitely proven to be a big trend in 2010. Our gorgeous bride and groom, Randa & Ethan, loved the shabby chic fad and chose a coral, light orange, and ivory color scheme for their wedding at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. Randa stressed that she wanted a lot of colorful, romantic texture in her bouquet (pictured below).
The bridesmaids carried fun textured ivory bouquets (shown below).
We used many different types of pods along with dahlias, garden roses, a variety of standard and spray roses, silver brunia, scabiosa pods, and fiddlehead ferns. The bouquets were uniquely finished in one of Blush’s signature metal wire accented handles.
Centerpieces were simple and very “do it yourself” made from an eclectic grouping of coral and ivory blooms with various pods and organic accents. The event was beautifully photographed by Erwin Darmali of Apertura Photography.
